Zero Oil Low Calorie Vegetables Platter For Winter Season / Zero Oil Recipe














                      Zero Oil   Aloo  Matar/ Green Peas And Potato Curry /   ( Recipe )

Ingredients :

1. Green Peas - 1/2 small  bowl

2.  Potato Cubes ( peeled ) - 1 pieces

3. Tomato - 1 Medium , ( finely Chopped )

4. Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tea spoon

5. Salt To Taste

6. Turmeric Powder - 1/3 tea spoon

7. Cumin Powder - 1/2 tea spoon

8. Coriander Powder - 1/2 Tea Spoon

9. Onion 1 small ( peeled ) - finely chopped

10. Garlic ( peeled ) - 2 - 3 cloves

11. Garam Masala Powder - 1/3 tea spoon

Methods :

1. Step - 1 , Take a saucepan . Then add water , when water boiled . Then add  green peas , potato 1 cube  and add 1/3 tea spoon salt . Stir well  or mix it very well . Cover it . Simmer for 10 - 15 minutes .

2. Step - 2 , After 15 minutes , open the cover . When green peas  and 1 pieces potato 80 % tender and cooked . Then switch off the flame . Allow  it to cool . Keep aside .

3. Step - 3 ,  Take a mixer grinder . Then add finely chopped tomato , onion finely chopped , add garlic cloves , cumin powder , ginger , coriander powder ,  and red chili powder  blend it . Make a smooth paste . Keep aside .

4. Step - 4 , After 10 minutes , when green peas and potato are cool . Now take a pan . Heat for pan 2 - 3 minutes . Then add grind paste , salt to taste , and add turmeric powder . Mix well . Saute for 2 - 3 minutes . When gravy completely thicken , then add boiled green peas and 1 pieces cubes boiled potato  with stock or water . Mix it very well . Then add 1/2 tea spoon garam masala powder  and add 1/2 cup water . Mix it very well . Simmer for 5 minutes . Cover it .

5. Step - 5 , After 5 minutes , open the cover . When potato and green peas are completely   tender  and cooked . Gravy is thicken . Switch off  the flame . Transfer to a serving bowl .



               Baingan Bharta  / Begun Pora / Mashed Egg Plant Or Brinjal Curry ( Recipe )

Ingredients :

1. Brinjal or Egg plant - 1 small pieces - ( baked or roast , peeled , wash and then mash very nicely )

2. Onion - 1 ( peeled ) , ( finely chopped )

3. Tomato - 1 ( finely chopped )

4. Fresh Coriander Leaves - finely chopped , 1 tea spoon

5. Salt To Taste

6. Ginger - 1 Small pieces , finely chopped

7. Green Chili - 1 pieces , finely chopped

Methods

1. Step - 1 , Take a mixer grinder , Then add tomato , ginger , green chili , onion and add 2 tea spoon water . Then make smooth paste .

2. Step - 2 , Take a wok . Heat for wok 2 - 3 minutes . When wok completely hot . Then add masala paste , Saute for 2 - 3 minutes . When masala thicken , then add mashed brinjal or egg plant and add fresh  coriander leaves . Mix it very well  . Saute for 4 - 5 minutes .  Then switch off  the  flame . Transfer to a serving bowl .



                  Steamed  Rice Or Boiled Rice

1. Rice - 1/2 ( small  bowl )

2. Water as required

Methods :

1. Step - 1 , wash the rice under cold water . Then soak the rice  in water , at least  3 - 4 hours . After  3 - 4 hours drain water  and strain it .

2. Step - 2 , Take a saucepan . Then add water . When water boiled . Then add rice  and cover it . Medium heat . After 15 minutes . When rice completely cooked . Then switch off  the  flame . Immediate   drain water  or strain water  from the boiled rice . Allow it to cool . Keep aside for 15 minutes .

3. Step - 3 , After 15 minutes , Transfer to a serving plate .



         Salad

Ingredients :


1. Onion ( peeled ) - 1 small size ,  cut sliced ring

2. Cucumber ( peeled ) - 1 small size , cut sliced ring

3. Carrot ( peeled )  - 1 small size , cut sliced ring

4. Tomato - 1 , cut sliced ring

5. Lime Juice - 2 tea spoon

6. Salt pinch

Methods :

1. Take a medium size bowl . Then add onion , cucumber , carrot , tomato , lime juice , and add pinch salt . Mix it very well . Then transfer to a serving bowl .



  Zero  Oil Masor Ki  Dal / Musurir Dal /  Red Lentil Dal

Ingredients :

1.  Musurir Dal / Masor Dal / Red Lentil Dal - 1/2 small bowl

2. Onion ( peeled ) - 1 small , finely chopped

3. Fresh coriander leaves , finely chopped - 1 tea spoon

4. Turmeric Powder As Required

5. Salt To Taste

6. Tomato - 1/2 Pieces , ( finely chopped )

7. Green Chili - 1 , slit

8. Hot Boiled Water - 2 cup

Methods :

1. Step - 1 , wash and clean the dal under cold water . Soak the dal in water at least 3 - 4 hours .

2. Step - 2 , After 3 - 4 hours , take a pressure cooker , then add dal with water ,  add turmeric powder , add onion finely chopped ,  tomato finely chopped  and add slit chili . Cover and close lid . Pressure cook for 2 - 3 whistles  or until dal is soft  and tender . Keep aside . Allow it to cool .

3. Step - 3 , After 15 minutes , open the cooker cover . Then transfer to a saucepan . Keep aside .

4. Step - 4 , Take a wok . Heat for wok 2 - 3 minutes . Then add boiled dal , finely chopped coriander leaves , and add 2 cup hot water . Mix it very well . Simmer for 5 minutes . After 5 minutes switch off  the  flame . Then transfer to a serving bowl .

Serve  Hot .
