Vegetables Soup





Ingredients :

1. Carrot - 1 ( peeled  ) - Finely Chopped

2. Green Peas - 1/2 Cup

3. Capsicum 1  ( peeled )  - finely chopped

4. Onion 1 ( small , peeled ) - finely chopped

5. Cauliflower 1/2 cup - finely chopped

6. French Beans - 3 - 4 pieces ,  ( peeled )  - finely chopped

7. Salt To Taste

8. White Oil As Required

9. Butter - 1 Tea Spoon

10 . Black Pepper - 1 Tea Spoon

11. Sugar - 1/2 Tea Spoon ( optional )



Methods :

1. Step - 1 , Wash  And clean all the vegetables . Now strain  the vegetables . Transfer to a bowl . Keep aside .

2. Step - 2 , Take  a pressure cooker , now  add vegetables  and 1/3 tea spoon  salt . Cover and close lid , pressure cook for 1 whistles  or until vegetables are soft  and tender . Keep aside . Allow  it to cool .

3. Step - 3 , After 30 minutes , when all the pressure  is  release , open  the cooker . Transfer  to a saucepan . Keep aside .

4. Take a wok . Then add oil . When oil hot . Then add  finely chopped onion and  finely chopped capsicum  and fry for 2 minutes . Now add boiled vegetables with stock  or water . Mix it very well . Now add salt to taste , add 1 tea spoon black pepper and, sugar 1/2 tea spoon ,  mix it very well . Simmer till vegetables are tender ( about 10 minutes ) . When vegetables  are completely tender and cooked . Switch off  the  flame . Then add 1 tea spoon   butter . Transfer to a serving bowl  or now pour the soup in a serving bowl .

5. Serve hot with  crusty bread .
