Paneer Malai Curry / Paneer malaikari / Bengali Style Paneer Curry In Coconut Milk / Indian Cottage Cheese Cooked With Coconut Milk



Paneer  Malai  Curry  is  a   new  version  of   Recipe   for  vegetarian  people  .   As  ,
Paneer  malai  curry is  a  new  version  the  recipe  of  traditional     from   Chingri  Macher  Malai  Curry  ( Which  means is  Prawns Curry In Coconut Milk )  . It  is   easy  to  make .

Paneer  Malai  Curry  is  made  from  paneer  cubes , grated  coconut , coconut  milk  and  other  spices .   Paneer  malai  curry  is  an onion  and garlic  recipe .  Even ,  Paneers  and  coconuts  are  main  ingredients  in  recipe .

Hence  , it  is a  very  tasty , delicious  and  unique  taste . Paneer  is  a  tasty  food  As  well  As    coconut  flavor's  curry .  Which  is  a  rich  and  creamy  taste's   curry  .  You  can also added  to  cream  in  this  recipe .

Ingredients :

1. Paneer / cottage  cheese  - 400 gm
2. Turmeric Powder As Required
3. Onion - 2 , peeled  the outer skin of onion and cut into very thin slices 
4. Garlic  paste -  2  table spoon 
5. Salt  To Taste
6. Sugar - 1 tea spoon
7. Grated Coconut - 1 cup
8. Coconut Milk - 1 small cup
9. Kashmiri Dry  Red Chili Paste  - 1 Table Spoon
10. Dry Red Chili Paste - 1 Tea Spoon
11. Cumin Paste  - 1 Table Spoon
12. Coriander Paste - 1 Table Spoon
13. Garam Masala Powder - 1 tea spoon
14. Ripe Tomato  1  - Finely chopped
15. Bay Leaf - 2
16. Whole Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tea spoon
17. Whole  cardamom - 2 ( Crushed  and  slit )
18. Oil  As  Required
19. Ginger paste - 2 tea spoon
20. 1 stick - cinnamon 


Methods :

1.  Take  paneer   and  cut  into  medium  sizes  cube pieces  . Keep  a side .

2. Take  a  pan  and  pour the oil into the pan . Heat the oil  on  high  heat . Once  oil  is  completely hot  .

3. Next  put  one  after one   paneer  cubes  into the hot oil  on very low flame . Fry  the  paneer pieces  for   slightly  or  fry  for  few seconds  to  paneer . Remove the paneer  pieces  from  the  hot  oil . Put the fried paneer pieces  into the bowl . Keep a side .

4. In same  remaining  oil  and heat the oil  for  about  few  seconds .  Now add 2 pieces of whole slit cardamom , 1 stick of  cinnamon ,  1/2  tea spoon of whole  cumin seeds , and also add 2 pieces of bay leaf  into the hot oil . Fry  and  stir  for few seconds .

5.  When spices  are splatter and  add  finely  slices  onion . Fry till golden color .

6. Next  add  finely chopped tomato pieces  and  also sprinkle  salt to taste over the tomatoes  pieces  .     Mix it very well . Tomatoes  pieces  are  release  more  moisture   into  spices . Once  tomatoes are soft  and  completely tender .

7. Then  add   1/2   tea spoon  of   turmeric   powder  and  mix  it  very well . Saute  the turmeric powder till raw smell goes off  from the spices  .  Now also add 1 tea spoon of sugar and mix it very well . Saute for few seconds .

8. Now  add  1 cup  of  grated coconut and mix it . Saute till 2 - 3 minutes .

9. Next  add   2 tea spoon of ginger paste ,  1 table spoon of kashmiri dry red chili powder , 1 tea spoon of dry red chili paste , 1 table spoon of cumin paste , 1 table spoon of coriander paste ,  2 table spoon of garlic paste ,   and  mix  it very well . Saute  till    Paneer  become   separates  from the   spices .

10. Next  drops the   fried  paneer  pieces  ,  pour 1 cup  of  coconut  milk  and  mix it very well . As ,  also  add  1 cup of water into the curry . Let  it  cook for 5 - 10 minutes  on  medium flame .

11. Meanwhile , gravy  is  completely thicken  and paneers pieces are soft . Now  switch off the flame .
12. Take a serving bowl . Pour the Paneer Malai  Curry  into  the  bowl .

13. Serve  hot .

Lau Chingri / Bengali Style Bottle Gourd And Prawn Curry


Lau  Chingri  is  a  Traditional  Bengali  Dish . It  is  made with    Bottle gourd , Prawn , Ripe tomato and  other  spices . Bottle  Gourd  and   Prawns  are  Main  Ingredients  in  The  Recipe  . You  can to     serve  as  such   with    Home party  special  dish .

 Lau  chingri  is  a  side  dish . Lau Chingri   is  a without  onion and garlic recipe  . Which  is  a melt - in - mouth    .   It  goes well with  hot  steamed rice . It  is serve  during lunch .



Lau  chingri  is  also  popular  dish  in   Bangladesh's  .  You  can  also    along  to   serve  with dinner . Made  using  spices  are  cumin powder , coriander powder , red chili powder  and turmeric powder . Which  is  tomato based  gravy  ,  delicious  and  tasty  dish  .

Ingredients :

1. Bottle Gourd - 1
2. Prawn - 300 gm
3. Salt to taste
4.Turmeric powder as required 
5. Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon
6. Finely  chopped   Ripe tomato - 1 cup 
7. Oil As required
 8. Ginger  paste - 1 tea  spoon
9. Cumin  Powder - 1 table spoon
10. Coriander Powder - 1 tea spoon
11. Dry  red  chili powder - 1 tea spoon
12. Kashmiri Dry red chili Powder - 1 tea spoon
13. Kalo Jeera / Nigella  seeds /  Kalonji  Seeds  - 1/2  tea spoon
14. Slit green chili - 2


Methods :

1. Cut  and  remove  the top of bottle gourd  . Peel  the  outer skin  of Bottle Gourd . Cut  into very  finely slices pieces . Keep  aside .

2. The  hard  shells  of  Prawns  are  remove .Wash  and  clean the prawns by of water . Marinate the fish with turmeric powder and salt . Mix it very well . Rub the fish  very well  .   Marinate the fish for about 15 minutes .  Keep a side .

3. Take a wok or pan . Pour the oil into the  wok . Heat the oil . Once oil is hot . Add the fish one by one into hot oil  on  medium flame . Fry till golden color . Remove the fish from hot oil . Put the fish into the bowl . Keep a side .

4. In  Same oil ,  add    Kalo Jeera / Nigella  seeds /  Kalonji  Seeds  - 1/2  tea spoon   and  slit  green chili . While  spices  are splatter . Then add finely chopped bottle gourd , finely  chopped  ripe tomato  and  also  add  sprinkle  salt to taste on top of  finely chopped  bottle gourd . Mix it very well .  Cover the wok . let it cook for 10 minutes on high  heat  .

5. 10 minutes later , open the cover and mix it again . Once  the   bottle  gourd  is  half  soft  and  tender .

6. Now  also  add  1 tea spoon of  turmeric  powder  and  saute till raw smell goes out from turmeric powder .

7. Next add 1 tea spoon of sugar ,  1 tea spoon of ginger paste ,  1 table spoon of cumin powder , 1 table spoon  of coriander powder , 1 tea spoon of dry red chili powder , 1 tea spoon of kashmiri dry chili powder  and  saute for few minutes .

8. Now also add fried prawn fish  over of  bottle gourd   and  mix  it  very well .  Cover the wok again . Let  it  cook for 10 - 15 minutes  on medium flame .

9. After 10 minutes later , Meanwhile  water is evaporated from bottle gourd . Bottle gourd and Prawn are tender . Then switch off the flame .

10. Pour the fish curry into a serving bowl .

11. Serve  hot with  hot  Steam rice .

Ingredients :

1. Ripe  Bel  Fruit / Bael  Fruit - 1

2. Sugar - 1 tea spoon

3. Salt - pinch

4. Water  as  required


Methods :

1. Take  a  Bel  Fruit  and  break  or  crack  the Bel fruit .

2.  Scoop out  and  take  out  the dark yellow portion  or  pulp   from  the ripe Bel . Keep  a side .

3. Take a  mixing bowl . Then add Ripe Bel pulp , pinch of salt , 1 tea spoon of sugar and pour the water  into bowl .

4. Mix together   and  mash  to the  ripe Bel fruit  . Mix it very well .

5. Now , squeeze   and  take  out  the  excess  fiber  ,  extract   and   seeds   from   ripe  bel . Make  a smooth  juice .

6. Pour  the  juice  into  a  serving  glass .

7. Put  the  ice  cubes  on  top of  ripe Bel juice .

Titor Chorchori / Tetor Chorchori / Bengali Style Bitter Gourd Curry

Titor  Chorchori   is  Traditional  Bengali  Cuisine . Titor  Chorchori  is  made  with   Bitter Gourd   in  the  recipe   . Which  main  ingredients  is  Bitter  Gourd   . Titor  Chorchori   is  completely  Vegetarian dish  . So ,  Titor  chorchori  is  of   No   Onion   And   of  No  Garlic  Recipe . It  is  a  side dish . As  , titor chorchori   is served  to  beginning  with  hot  steam  rice .  Hence  , the curry  is  completely  lunch dish .

The  curry  is  bitterness  of  taste  from  Bitter gourd .  Titor  chorchori   is  made  with  bitter gourd , point gourd , brinjal , mustard  seeds paste  and poppy seeds paste . Titor  Chorchori   is  completely  good  for  Diabetic  patients .

Ingredients :

1. Bitter gourd - 6

2. Pointed Gourd - 4

3. Eggplant / Brinjal  - 1

4. Black  Mustard  Seeds - 1 table spoon

5. Poppy  seeds - 1 tea spoon

6. Green  chili - 2

7. Salt  to taste

8. Sugar - 1 tea spoon

9. Turmeric  powder - 1/2  tea spoon

10. Mustard  oil  as required

11. Kalo Jeera / Nigella  seeds /  Kalonji  Seeds  - 1/2  tea spoon

Methods :

1. Wash  and  clean  the all the vegetables  by  the water . Dry the vegetable by kitchen towel . Keep  a side .

2. Take  bitter gourd  ,  cut  and remove bitter gourd  top of part . Then remove bitter gourd  of  end's part . Cut into very thin slices pieces . Put the pieces into the bowl .  Keep  a side .

3. Next  take  a pointed   gourd , Cut  and  remove  of   pointed gourd  both  sides  end of part . Cut  into very  thin slice  pieces .  Put  the pieces  into  the  bowl . Keep a side .

4. Now take  a Brinjal  or eggplant  . Cut and remove  of  brinjal / eggplant   top  of  few  part . Cut into very thin

pieces . Put  the  pieces  into  the  bowl .  Keep a side .

5. In  a  mixer grinder , put  1 table spoon of black mustard  seeds , add 1 tea spoon of  poppy seeds and  add 2 pieces of  green chili  and  finely  add  little water into the mixer grinder . Blend it . Make a smooth paste from the spices . Keep  a side .

6. Take a  wok or pan  and pour  little  oil . Heat the oil . Once oil is completely hot . Add  1/2  tea  spoon  of  Nigella   seeds into the hot oil .  Give  a  Stir  it  well  and stir for few seconds .

7. Now also add cut vegetables  into the hot oil . Mix it very well .

8. Also  add salt to taste and mix it very well . Cover the wok . Let it cook and cook for 5 minutes .

9. 5 Minutes later , open the cover and  again mix  it  well  . Now add turmeric powder and 1/2  tea spoon of sugar . Mix it very well . Now saute all the vegetable till raw smell goes off from turmeric powder .

10. Next add  ground  spices  paste into the vegetable . Mix well and saute for few seconds .

11. Pour 2 cup of water into the vegetable  and spices . Mix well . Let it cook .

12. While  water  is  completely evaporated  from the vegetables .

13. Then switch off the flame .

14. Now  transfer to vegetables to a serving bowl .

15. Serve hot with steamed  plain  rice .

1. Paneer / Cottage cheese - 400 gm

2. Soy Sauce -  2 table spoon

3. Tomato Sauce - 3 table spoon

4. Tomato ketchup - 1 table spoon

5. Oil As required

6. Salt to taste

7. Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon

8. Green Capsicum - 1

9. Onion  - 2 ( peeled the onion and cut into very finely chopped )

10. Garlic  paste  - 3 table spoon

11. Green chili paste - 2 table spoon

12. Chili sauce - 1 table spoon

13. Ripe tomato - 1 ( finely chopped ) 

For Marination :

1. Corn flour - 2 table spoon

2. Garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon

3. Green chili paste - 1 tea spoon 

Methods :

1. Take  a  mixing  bowl . Mix together ,   Add  corn flour , 1/2  tea spoon of  garlic paste  and  1 tea spoon of  green chili paste  and  pour  water gradually into the mixture . Make  a   smooth  batter  from the mixture . The batter should not be very thin  or very thick . The  batter should be medium  thick  consistency . Keep a side .

2. Next , put  and  dip  the  paneer  cubes   into the batter with coat  it very well  .

3. Now , add oil into the pan . When  oil  is  hot . Add one after one  to  coat  paner  into hot oil on medium flame .  Fry till  very  brown  color . Take out from the hot oil and put  to the bowl . Keep  a side .

4. Repeat  the   process in the same way .

5. Now other separate  pan  and add oil . Heat the oil  and  once  oil is completely hot .

6. Add  finely chopped onion fry till lite pink color .

7. Next add finely chopped capsicum fry till light color .

8. Also   add  finely chopped  ripe tomato and saute till tomatoes are soft .  Sprinkle  salt to taste and add 1/2 tea spoon of sugar . Mix it well .

9. Now   3 table spoon of garlic paste , 2 table spoon of green chili paste and mix it very well . Saute till  spices are fry .

10. Also  Add  3 table spoon of tomato sauce ,  2 table spoon of soy sauce  , 1 table spoon chili sauce ,  1 table spoon of tomato ketchup and mix it very well .

11. Now add  deep  fried  paneer   and mix it very well . Pour  1 cup of water into the mixture . Mix  it very well . Let it cook  .

12. Meanwhile   gravy  start to thick . Then switch off the flame .

13. Transfer  to  a serving bowl .

14. Serve  hot .

Aloo Potol Kumro Dalna Recipe / Potato , Pointed Gourd And Pumpkin Curry Recipe

4. Bay Leaf - 2 pieces

7. Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon

8. Sugar - 1 tea spoon

9. Ripe tomato - 1 , cut into very finely chopped

10.  Oil   as  required

11. Cumin Seeds paste - 1 table spoon

12. Coriander paste - 1 table spoon

13. Kashmiri Dry red chili  paste - 1 table spoon

14. Garam Masala Powder - 1 tea spoon

15. Ghee or clarified butter - 1  tea spoon

Methods

1. Wash   and   clean  the  all  vegetables  nicely under  running  water  .

2. Dry the vegetables with kitchen towel and keep a side .

3. Peeled  the potato from  the outer skin . Cut into medium size pieces . Keep a side .

4. Cut  and  remove  of  pointed gourd  and   both  side's  in  the  end's  of  part   . Scrape the skin from pointed gourd of few part . Cut into halves pieces .

5. Peeled  the pumpkin outer skin . Cut into medium size cube pieces . Keep a sides .

6.  Take a wok  and  pour the oil  into the wok .

7. Once  the  oil  is hot . Add  medium size  cube  potato  into the oil . Fry  till golden brown color . Take out  the fried potato from the oil .  Put the fried potato into the bowl  and keep a side .

8. Now  add the pointed gourd into oil . Fry till golden brown color and pointed gourd are tender .  Take  out  them  and  put  the bowl . keep a side  .

9. Put   medium  size  cube pumpkin into the hot oil . Fry  till  brown . Take out the hot oil and put the fried pumpkin into the bowl . Keep a side .

10. Now  add  few drops  of oil into the wok  and heat the oil .

11. Once  oil  is  hot . Add bay leaf and whole cumin seeds . Stir for few seconds .

12. Add  finely chopped ripe tomato into the  wok . Fry till tomatoes are soft .

13. Next add   fried  potato , fried pointed gourd and add fried  pumpkin   into the wok . Sprinkle  salt to taste and mix it very well .

14. Add 1/2 tea spoon of turmeric powder and 1 tea spoon of sugar and mix it well . Saute for few minutes .

15. Now  add 1 table spoon of   cumin seeds  paste ,  1 tea spoon of coriander seeds paste , 1 table spoon of kashmiri dry red chili paste   and mix it very well .  Sprinkle few drops of water because prevent  to  spices from the  burning  . Saute all spices till oil separates from the spices .

16. Now  pour enough  water into the fried vegetables and spices  . Mix it very well  and cover it  . Let  it cook .

17. 10 minutes later , open the wok  cover . Meanwhile   gravy  start  to  thicken  consistency   and  potato , pointed gourd and pumpkin  are tender .

18. Now add 1 tea spoon of ghee and add 1 tea spoon of garam masala powder . Mix it very well . Switch off the flame .

19 . Transfer to a serving bowl .

20. Serve hot with luchi ,  steamed  rice  or  Phulkas .

7. Ripe  Tomato - 1 ( cut  into  finely chopped pieces )

8.onion - 2 , peeled the onion and cut into thin slices pieces 








Methods :

1.  In  a  Heavy bottom pan   and  pour the enough  water  .  Next  add  few drops of oil into the water.

2.  When  water start to boiling  and  add   2 packet noodles into the hot water . Stir it  very well .

3. Immediately   switch  off  the  flame . Strain  and drain the water from noodles  . Keep a side .

4. Take a pan . Pour the oil into the pan .

5.  Oil is completely  hot . Add  potato cubes into the oil . Fry till golden brown color and potatoes are tender .

6. Next add finely  slices  onion  and fry till light brown color .

7. Sprinkle salt to taste and  add 1 tea spoon of sugar into pan . Mix it very well . Saute for few seconds .

8. Add finely chopped ripe tomato  and saute till tomatoes are soft .

9.  Add 5 table spoon of tomato ketchup  and mix it very well .

10. Next  add  boiled  noodles  into the mixture  and mix it very well .

11. Fry  the  boiled   noodles  for about 2 - 3 minutes .  Then  switch off the flame .

12.   Transfer  to  Noodles  a serving plate .

13. Serve hot  with tomato ketchup .

7. Fresh  creme - 1 tea spoon

9. Onion - 2 ( peeled  the onion and cut into very thin slices pieces )

10. Garlic  - 4 , ( peeled the garlic )

11. Ginger   paste  - 1  table spoon

12. Kashmiri  Dry  Red  Chili Powder - 1 table  spoon

13. Dry  red  chili powder - 1 tea spoon

14. Cumin Powder  - 1 table spoon

15. Coriander  powder - 1 table spoon

16. Garam  Masala  Powder - 1 table spoon

17. Fresh  coriander  leaves - 2 table spoon ( finely Chopped )

18. Ripe  tomato - 1 ( cut into very chopped  pieces , keep  aside )

19. Tomato Puree - 1 cup 

Methods :

1. In a bowl  add  1up of  rajma or kidney beans  and pour the  enough water  into  the rajma  bowl . Soak  the  rajma  or  kidney beans  for  about  7 - 8  hours  or  overnight  . Keep a side  and cover it .

2. Next  day morning   , take the  rajma  bowl  and  open the cover  . Now  drain the water from rajma or kidney beans .

3. Take  a pressure  cooker ,  add soak rajma or kidney beans  and pour the water  into the pressure cooker . Close the cover it  and pressure cook  till  3 - 4 whistles .

4. After  3 - 4 whistles , switch off the flame . Allow to cool and keep a side .

5. Once  it cool . You can  open the cooker and  mix  it again   . Keep a side .

6. In a mixer grinder  now  add  4 pieces of garlic ,  1 table spoon of  ginger paste  , 1 table spoon of kashmiri dry red chili powder , 1 tea spoon of dry red chili powder ,  1 table spoon of cumin powder and 1 table spoon of  coriander powder . Add few drops of water into the spices  and mix it very well . Make a smooth paste from the spices . Keep a side .

7. Next , take a wok or pan . Pour the oil into the wok or pan .

8. When   oil   is hot  . Temper with bay leaf  and whole cumin seeds . Stir for few seconds .

9. Next  add  very thin slices  cut onion into the hot oil . Fry till onions are light brown  and  tender .

10. Add finely chopped tomato and fry until  tomatoes  become soft .

11. Now  add sprinkle salt to taste and mix it very well .

12. Add  1 tea soon of turmeric powder and mix it very well . Saute till raw smell  goes out  .

 13. Now  add  1 tea spoon of  sugar , 1 cup of tomato puree , 2 table spoon of fresh coriander leaves ,   and  ground  spices  paste  and mix it very well . Saute the spices  until leave the oil  from the sides .

14.  Add  boiled rajma or kidney beans   into  the spices  .  Add 1 cup of water . Mix it very well .  Let  it cook  for 10 minutes .

15. 10 minutes later ,  gravy start to thickness consistency  or gravy is  completely  thicken  consistency . Now  add 1 tea spoon of garam masala powder and  add fresh cream 1 tea spoon into the curry . Mix it very well . Switch off the flame .

16. Pour the curry into a serving bowl .

17. Serve hot with  steam rice , chapati or  Phulkas .

1. Green peas - 1 medium bowl

Methods :

1. In a mixer grinder  , add  1 medium bowl of  green peas , 2 pieces of  green chili  ,  and  sprinkle  few drops of water into the mixer grinder . Grind it  and make a  smooth paste from the green peas .

2. Take a bowl  and  pour  green peas paste  and   add salt to taste , 1/2 tea spoon of garam masala powder  and  mix it very well . rest the mixture and cover it  and keep a side at least 20 minutes .

3. Take  a other  mixing bowl  and   add  1cup of bengal gram flour  ( besan )  . Gradually add water into the bowl . Mix it very well with hand . The  batter  should  not  be  very   thick  or  liquid consistency .  Cover it . Keep  and  rest  a side  about 30 minutes .

4. 30 minutes later , now take a  few  part of  green peas paste  and .make a cylinders  shape with palm's help . Put the cylinders  shape  ball  into  the  plate . Keep a side .

5. In a deep wok  or pan . Pour the enough  oil  into the oil  on medium flame .

6. Next  oil is hot . Now  take a bengal gram flour batter  ( besan )  and  open  the cover . Take one pieces of  cylinders  shape  ball . Dip  the  green  peas  ball  into  the  bengal  gram  batter  ( besan )  and  dip it very well .  The  cylinder  shape  green  peas ball  completely  coat  with  bengal  gram  batter ( besan )  .

7. Now  one  after one  drop  the  bengal gram  ( besan )  coat  green  peas  ball  into  the  hot  oil  on  medium flame . Fry till golden brown color . Then take out the chop  from the oil . Repeat  the others  coat   cylinders  shape  green peas   ball  to  fry  in  same  process .  Remove  the  excess  oil  from  the  chop .

8. Serve  hot  with tea or coffee  .

2. Cashew  Nuts - 10 - 12 about 1 cup of  cashew nuts paste  ( Grind it and make a smooth paste from the cashew nuts )

3. Ginger  paste - 2 tea spoon

4. Garlic paste - 1 table spoon

5. Kashmiri dry red chili powder -  1 table spoon

6. Slit  and  crushed  Green Cardamom - 1 pieces

7. Bay  leaf - 2 pieces

8. Whole  cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon

9. Whole  cinnamon  - 1 - 2  pieces

10. Salt  to taste

11. Turmeric  powder - 1/2  tea spoon

12. Sugar  - 1/2  tea spoon

13. Fresh  Cream - 1 tea spoon

14. Tomato puree - 1/2  cup

15.   Ripe  tomato  finely chopped  -  1 cup

16. Onion - 3 , ( Peeled the onion  of  outer skin and  cut into very finely pieces )

17. Garam Masala  powder - 1 tea spoon

18. Cumin  powder - 1 table spoon

19. Coriander  powder - 1 table spoon

20. Oil  As  required




Methods :

1.   Take  a wok . Then  add oil  into the wok  and  hot  the oil  on high flame .

2. Oil is completely hot . Then  put  one  after  one   paneer  pieces   into the hot oil  and  reduce the flame very low .  Fry till  few  seconds  . Then  take  out  the  paneer  from the wok  .  Take  a bowl and  put the fried paneer pieces into the bowl . Pour 2 cup of water into the fried paneer . Keep a side and cover it .

3. Same  remaining  oil  and   add  2 pieces of   bay  leaf  , 1 tea spoon  of  cumin seeds , 1 pieces of slit and crushed cardamon , and  2 pieces of crushed cinnamon  into  the hot oil . Fry  the whole spices  for  few  seconds .  Nice  aroma comes  out from the whole  spices .

4. Next , add finely chopped onion  and  fry till golden brown color .

5. Add  1/2  tea spoon of turmeric powder  and  mix  it very well . Stir till raw smell goes out the turmeric powder .

6. Now  put  1 tea spoon of  sugar ,  sprinkle salt to taste  and mix it very well .

7. Add  1 cup of  finely  chopped ripe tomato and mix it very well . Saute till tomes are soft .

8. Next  add  2 tea spoon of ginger paste and  1 table spoon of garlic paste . Mix it very well .

9 . Next  pour 1/2 cup  of  tomato  puree  into  the  spices   and  mix it very well .

10. Now  add  1  table  spoon of kashmiri dry red chili powder , 1  table spoon of cumin powder ,  and 1 table spoon of  coriander powder . Mix it very well . Sprinkle  few  drops of water into the spices .  Fry  the  all spices   till  separates oil  from the mixture .

11. Next  add  1 cup of cashew nuts paste and 1  tea spoon of garam masala powder  and mix it very well . Saute it for few seconds .

12. Pour  the fried paneer ( cottage cheese )  with water into the spices . Mix  it very well .

13. While  gravy   is   start  to   thicken  and   Paneer ( cottage cheese ) are soft . Now add  1 tea spoon of fresh cream into the curry . Mix  it very well . Switch off the flame .

14. Transfer the Shahi Paneer in a serving bowl .

14. Turmeric  powder - 1  tea spoon

15. Salt to taste

16. Sugar - 1 tea spoon

17. Ginger  paste - 2 table spoon



Methods :

1. Take  a wok or  pan .  Add  oil  into the pan . Heat  the  oil .  Oil  is  completely  hot .

2. Then   add  one after  one  cube  pieces  paneer  into  the oil  on  low  flame  . Fry  till  light  color  or  fry till few  seconds .  Then  take  out  the  paneer   from  the pan . Put  the paneer  into the bowl  and  pour  the   water  into  the  bowl . Keep a side .

3. Same  remaining  oil  and  heat   the   oil  . Temper  with bay leaf  and whole cumin seeds . Stir  for few  seconds .

4. Put  the potato  and  fry  till  golden  brown color .

5. Then  sprinkle  salt to taste  on  the  potato . Mix  it very well .

6. Then add  1 tea spoon of turmeric powder  and mix it very well . Saute  until  raw smell  goes  out  from  the  turmeric  powder .

7. Next   add   finely  chopped  ripe  tomato  into  the mixture . Saute  till    ripe tomatoes  are release more water  and  it   mash  very  well .  Then  add  1 tea spoon of sugar  and mix it very well .

8.  Then  add  1/2  cup  of  tomato  puree ,   2 table  spoon of  ginger  paste   , 1  table  spoon of  cumin powder , 1 table spoon of coriander  powder , 1 table spoon of  kashmiri dry red chili powder , 1/2  tea spoon of dry red chili powder  and  sprinkle  few  drops  of  water  . Mix  it  very  well .

9.  Continuous  stir and  prevent  to spices   from  the  burn  .   Saute     until  separate  the  oil  from the  spices .   

10.  Now  Pour   fried paneer  ( cottage cheese ) with water  and  mix it very well . Cover  and  close the lid .  Let  cook  .

11.   Gravy  is   completely  thicken  . Potatoes  are tender . Paneer  ( cottage cheese ) are soft . Then add 1 tea spoon of  garam  masala powder  and 1 tea spoon of ghee  into the curry . Mix it Very well . 

12.  Immediately  switch  off  the flame .

13. Pour the curry into the serving bowl  or  Transfer  to  the curry  to a  serving bowl .

14. Serve hot with   Jeera  rice    paratha    chapati  ,   Fried rice ,  Matar  Pulao .

2. Beaten Curd / yogurt  - 1 small bowl
3.  Tomato  Puree  -  2 table spoon
4. Salt  to taste
5. Turmeric powder as required
6.Lemon juice - 3 table spoon
7. Kashmiri dry red chili paste - 1 table spoon
8. Dry red chili paste - 1 table spoon
9. Cumin paste - 1 tea spoon
10. Whole coriander paste - 1 tea spoon
11. Mustard oil as required
12. Bay leaf - 2 pieces
13. Whole cumin seeds - 1 small tea spoon
14. Onion - 2 ( peel the onion and cut into very slice pieces )
15. Garlic paste - 2 table spoon
16. Ginger paste - 1 table spoon
17. Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon

Methods :

1. Wash  the  fish  pieces . Keep  a side .

2.Marinate the fish pieces  with  lemon juice 3 table spoon , 1 table spoon turmeric powder , sprinkle   1 tea spoon  of  salt and 1 tea spoon of mustard oil . Rub the fish pieces very well  with hand . Marination  the fish  for  about  20 - 30 minutes . Keep a  side and  cover  it  .

3. After  30 minutes , open the cover and rub the fish pieces again .

4. Take  a wok . Then add mustard oil into the wok . Heat the oil . When oil is completely hot .

5. Then  put  the  2  pieces  fish steak  into the hot oil . Fry on both sides  to  fish pieces . Fry till light golden  color .

6. Take  out  the  fish pieces  from  the oil . Put  the fish pieces into the bowl .Keep  a side .

7. Same remaining oil . Heat   1 tea spoon of  whole  cumin seeds and bay leaf . Stir for few seconds .

8. Next  add  slice onion   and  fry till golden brown color .

9.Add  salt to taste and turmeric powder . Saute  for  few seconds .

10. Now  add  beaten  curd , kashmiri dry red chili paste , dry red chili paste , ginger paste , garlic paste , cumin paste , coriander paste and tomato puree . Saute for few seconds .

11. Next  add  beaten  curd  into the spices  . Mix it very well . Saute .  Oil is start to separate from the  spices  .

12. Then  add fried  fish pieces into the spices   .Mix it very well .

13. Now add 2 cup of  water on the fish pieces . Mix it very well . Cover it  and cook for about 10 minutes . Cover and close the lid .

14. After 10 minutes , open the cover . When gravy is thicken  and  fish pieces are completely tender and  soft  .

15. Next  add 1 tea spoon of garam masala powder  on the curry . Mix it very well . Cook for 2 minutes .

16. Switch off the flame .

17. Pour  the fish curry into the serving  bowl .

18. Serve the fish curry with steam rice .

Channa  or cottage cheese  is made  from  fresh  milk .Nolen  gurer  Sandesh  can be  made  in  minutes . Nolen gur er sandesh  is  also  serve to  every  Bengali's   special  occasion .

You  can   Serve  after  of  meal . Nolen  gurer  sandesh   is  a  Melt in mouth dessert .  It is also mouth watering dessert .

It  is a healthy dessert . Sandesh  is high sources of calcium , protein  and minerals . Cottage cheese is best source of  calcium and protein . Jaggery is  also  best  of  iron . Nolen Gurer Sandesh  is good  for vegetarian people .   



Ingredients :

1. Milk - 2 liter

2. Lemon juice as required

3. Nolen Gur /  Date palm jaggery

4. Ghee ( Clarified butter ) / Butter 

Methods :

1. Switch on the flame . Take a heavy bottom pan  and pour the milk into the pan .

2. Bring  milk   to boil in a pan  on medium heat .

3. Now  add lemon juice gradually  into hot milk . Stir . When  Milk is completely curdled  and separate water from milk  . Then switch off the flame .

4.Take  a bowl  and muslin cloth . Put  the muslin cloth  on  the  bowl .

5. Pour the curdle  milk  into the muslin cloth . Strain it .  Wash  the  curdled with  cold  water  and remove  the lemon smell . Drain the water . Squeeze excess water from the Channa / cottage cheese .   Allow to cool .

6. Once it is  cool . Then  put the  chhenna  ( Channa / cottage cheese )    into  flat  plate .   knead the Channa   with  hand  .

7. Take a wok . Switch on the flame . Now add   chhenna  ( Channa / cottage cheese )   and Jaggery /  gur . Reduce the heat to very low .

8. Continuous  stirring  prevent  to  burn  . When  the mixture  release   to  the   sides  of  wok  .  Mixture  is very thicken  consistency . Then  switch off  the flame . Allow  to cool   the mixture .

9. Once  cool  the  mixture . Now  take  to   few  mixture . Make a small ball . Roll  the mixture  very  well  with hand .

10. Take  a molds  . Brush  the  molds  inside   with  ghee or butter .

11. Now  take  one  pieces   mixture ball  . Press  the mixture  ball  into the molds . Now  give  a shape  to  the  mixture ball  with  the mold .

12. Repeat  other  sandesh   in  the same  way .

13. Put  the  sandesh   in  the  plate .
