Koraishutir chop / Hari Matar Ke Pakode Recipe / Green Peas Pakora Recipe / hare matar ke pakode



Green  peas  chop or  Green peas pakora  is  made  with green peas , gram masala powder , and bengal gram  flour . It  is  goes well  with tea or coffee . It  is evening snacks recipe . You  can  serve it with  your guest . It is easy to make  in  minutes  .  You  can   use in this  recipe Frozen  Green Peas . Koraishutir   Chop  or  green   peas  pakora  also  goes  well  with   tomato   ketch  up .

Green  peas  best  sources  of vitamin A , Vitamin C , Calcium , Zinc , Antioxidant  , iron  and  copper  . Green  peas good for diabetic , Anemia , high blood pressure . Green peas also good for skin.












Ingredients :

1. Green peas - 1 medium bowl

2. Garam  masala powder  - 1/2  tea spoon

3. Bengal gram flour  (  besan )  -  1 cup

4. Oil  as  required

5. Salt  to taste

6. Green  chili - 1

Methods :

1. In a mixer grinder  , add  1 medium bowl of  green peas , 2 pieces of  green chili  ,  and  sprinkle  few drops of water into the mixer grinder . Grind it  and make a  smooth paste from the green peas .

2. Take a bowl  and  pour  green peas paste  and   add salt to taste , 1/2 tea spoon of garam masala powder  and  mix it very well . rest the mixture and cover it  and keep a side at least 20 minutes .

3. Take  a other  mixing bowl  and   add  1cup of bengal gram flour  ( besan )  . Gradually add water into the bowl . Mix it very well with hand . The  batter  should  not  be  very   thick  or  liquid consistency .  Cover it . Keep  and  rest  a side  about 30 minutes .

4. 30 minutes later , now take a  few  part of  green peas paste  and .make a cylinders  shape with palm's help . Put the cylinders  shape  ball  into  the  plate . Keep a side .

5. In a deep wok  or pan . Pour the enough  oil  into the oil  on medium flame .

6. Next  oil is hot . Now  take a bengal gram flour batter  ( besan )  and  open  the cover . Take one pieces of  cylinders  shape  ball . Dip  the  green  peas  ball  into  the  bengal  gram  batter  ( besan )  and  dip it very well .  The  cylinder  shape  green  peas ball  completely  coat  with  bengal  gram  batter ( besan )  .

7. Now  one  after one  drop  the  bengal gram  ( besan )  coat  green  peas  ball  into  the  hot  oil  on  medium flame . Fry till golden brown color . Then take out the chop  from the oil . Repeat  the others  coat   cylinders  shape  green peas   ball  to  fry  in  same  process .  Remove  the  excess  oil  from  the  chop .

8. Serve  hot  with tea or coffee  .

Soya Chunks Pakora / Soya Chunks Pakoda




Ingredients :

1. Soya Chunks - 1 small bowl
2. Bengal gram flour / besan - 1 cup
3. whole poppy seeds - 1 tea spoon
4. salt to taste
5. Turmeric powder as required
6. White oil as required

Method :

1. Take a wok . Then add enough water .
2. When water  come to boil .
3. Then add the  Soya  chunks  into the hot  water .  Mix well .
4. Soak for Soya chunks 1 hours .
5. After 1 hours drain  out  to  the water from the soya chunks . Squeezes out excess water from the soya chunks . When it's done this process . Then transfer to other bowl .
6. Now add Bengal gram flour ( besan ) , salt to taste , pinch of  turmeric powder , poppy seeds . Add    water  gradually . Mix it very well .  Make a pakora batter .
7. Then drops of  the   soya chunks  into the batter  . Mix it very well . Keep aside and marination for 1 hours .
8.Add enough oil  into a pan . When oil is hot .
9. Then  Put  small quantities of marination soya chunks into the hot oil  . Fry them both sides . Fry till golden brown color . When it's done . Take out from the oil .
10. Remove excess oil .
11. Fry remaining pakora in same way .
12. Serve hot with tea or coffee .

Masoor Daler Bora / Red Lentil Fritters / Masoor Dal Pakora



Ingredients :

1. Masor  Dal / Red Lentil / Masoor Dal  - 1/2 cup
2. Finely Chopped  coriander leaves - 2 Tea Spoon
3. Turmeric Powder - 1/3 tea spoon or one pinch
4. Salt To Taste
5. Green Chili - 1 Pieces ( finely Chopped )
6. Bengal Gram Flour Or Powder  - 1 Tea Spoon ( If , Bengal gram flour is not available to your home . You Can be use Rice Powder )
7. Nigella Seeds - 1/2 Tea Spoon
8. Onion - 1 Pieces ( peeled and cut into thin and very slice pieces )
9. White Oil As Required

Methods :

1. Wash and clean the  dal  . Drain the water completely from the dal . 
2. Soak the  dal   in the water for about 3 - 4 hours .
3. After 4 hours , drain the water completely .
4. Take a grinder . Pour the masoor dal  / red lentil  dal into the grinder machine . Grind it very well . Make a smooth paste .
5. Take a bowl . Pour the dal  into the bowl . Add nigella seeds , pinch of turmeric powder , salt to taste , green chili finely chopped, finely chopped coriander leaves , 1 tea spoon of  Bengal gram flour  . Mix it very well . Keep a side for about 30 minutes .
6. Take a pan . Add enough white oil in a pan . When  oil  is hot .
7. Take a very small portion from the masoor dal / red lentil  batter . Make a small round shape ball  with  of  hand help .
8. Drops the masoor  dal / red lentil  balls into the hot  oil . Drop one after  one the other to hot oil .
9. Fry them both sides . Fry till golden brown .
10. Take out bora / pakora / fritters  from the oil .
11. Fry remaining balls in the same way .
12. Serve hot with tea or coffee .

Beguni / Eggplant Fritters / Crispy Eggplant / Brinjal Fritters


ingredients :

1. Brinjal  / Eggplant - 1
2. Salt To Taste
3.  Pinch  of  Turmeric Powder
4. Bengal  Gram Flour  As Required  or 1/2 cup
5. Water  As  Required
6. Oil As Required 

Methods :

1. Wash and clean the eggplant  very well .
2. Cut  the eggplant with remove the end of  portion .  Cut into very long , slice and  thin  pieces  . Keep it a side .
3. Take a mixing bowl .  Mix  together with  add Bengal  gram flour , pinch of turmeric powder and salt to taste .
4. Gradually  add the water  into  the  mixture .
5. Make a smooth  batter . Stirring constantly to make a thick &  smooth batter . Beat it  very well . Keep aside for about 30 minutes .
6. The batter should be like pakora consistency batter . The  batter neither very liquid  nor heavy consistency .
7. Take one pieces eggplant . Dip the eggplant  into  the batter very well and coat both sides .
8. Add enough  oil in pan . When oil is  hot . Medium heat . Put the coat eggplant  one by one  into the oil . Fry them both sides  and  fry till deep  golden color . Take out from the oil .
9. Remove  the excess oil .
10. Serve hot with puff rice and tea .

Cauliflower Patties / Gobi Ki Tikki ( No Onion & No Garlic )







Ingredients :

1. Cauliflower  Grate - 1 cup

2. Dry  Red  Chili  Powder - 1/2 Tea Spoon

3. Salt To Taste

4. Sugar - 1/3 Tea Spoon ( optional )

5. Fresh Coriander  Leaves - 1 Tea Spoon ( finely Chopped )

6. Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tea Spoon

7. Garam Masala Powder - 1 /2 Tea Spoon

8. Coriander Powder - 1 / 2 Tea Spoon

9. Corn Flour Powder  As Required

10 . All  Purpose Flour / Or Maida As Required

11. White Oil As Required

12. Turmeric Powder  Pinch



Methods :

1. Step - 1 , Take a pan . Then add oil , When Oil hot and smoking . Next add grated cauliflower , salt to taste and add sugar . Mix it very well . Keep stirring . Cover the pan . Simmer for  5 minutes .

2. Step - 2 , After 5 minutes , open the cover . when cauliflower  are  half  tender . Then add turmeric powder , cumin powder , coriander powder , dry red chili powder , fresh coriander  finely chopped ,  and add garam  masala  powder . Mix well . Saute for 1 - 2 minutes . Pour  1/2 cup  water . Cover the  pan . Simmer for 5 minutes .

3. Step - 3 , After  5 minutes . When cauliflowers are  completely tender . When   water is absorbed . Then switch  off the flame . Transfer to a  plate . Keep aside .  Allow  to cool for 30 minutes .

4. Step - 4 , After  30 minutes , Take a mixture plate and add  1 tea spoon maida ( All purpose flour )  . Mash it very well . Then divide  the mixture  into equal  parts . Shape each portion into a smooth round  balls  to form  the tikki shape or make a round shape or tennis balls shape .

5. Step - 5 , Take a others plate and add 2 table spoon corn flour , keep aside . Then spread the corn flour  on a plate  and gently roll  the tikki  or patties coat . Keep aside .  Make  5 slightly round patties  or tikki .

6. Step - 6 ,  Take a taka .  Then add  white  oil .When oil  hot .  Immidietly  Spread   white oil  on tava  all over  the area where  the  patties  will  be placed . Fry for both sides  golden brown color . When patties or tikki completely  fry . Then switch off the flame . Transfer to a serving plate .

7. Serve hot  with chutney and salad .

Green Peas Patties / Hare Matar Ki Tikki








Ingredients :

1.  Green Peas - 3 cup

2. All Purpose  Flour / Refined Flour / Maida - 2 table Spoon

3. Whole  Green Chili - 1 pieces

4. Fresh Coriander Leaves - 2 table spoon

5. Graram Masala Powder - 1/2 tea spoon

6. Salt To taste

7. Sugar - 1/3 Tea Spoon / Pinch ( optional )

8. White  Oil  As  Required

9. Bengal Gram Flour / Chickpea flour - 1 table spoon










Method:

1. Step - 1 , Take a mixer grinder . Now  add green peas . green chili , water 2 table spoon  and fresh coriander  leaves  and  make it to a fine paste or smooth paste . Keep aside .

2.  Step - 2 , Take a wok . Now  add oil  into  the wok  . Heat for oil 2 - 3 minutes , when oil is  smoking .  Now  add green peas paste . Stir . Next  add salt to taste , sugar 1/3 tea spoon or pinch , and add gram masala powder . Mix well . Saute for 5 minutes .  Switch off  the flame . keep aside . Allow it to cool .

3. Step - 3 , Take a bowl . Now  add green peas paste  into  the bowl ,  add  all purpose flour 2 table spoon  and bengal gram flour / besan /   or chickpea flour  1 tea spoon  and mix well . make small round  shape  tikki  or make 5 slightly rounded patties about 3inch / 4 cm in diameter , 1 inch thick .

4. Step - 4 , Take a non stick tava . Heat for tava 5 minutes . Now  add  tikki  into the tava . Fry on both sides till golden . Now  add  2 table spoon white oil  into the tawa , fry on both sides til golden brown ( about 2 minutes  on  each side ) .  take  out  them  from  the  tawa . Remove .

5. Step - 5 , Fry remaining patties or tikki  in the same way .

6. Serve hot with any chutney or tomato  ketchup .

Instant Khaman Dhokla










Ingredients :

1.  Bengal Gram  Flour / Chickpea  flour / Besan  -  1  cup


2. Sooji / Rava / Semolina - 1/2   cup 

3. Eno Fruit Salt  - 1 1/2  Tea Spoon 

4. Green  Chili  Paste - 1 Tea Spoon 

5. Curd / Yogurt / Dahi - 3 Table Spoon 

6. Salt  To Taste 

7. Oil  For  greasing 

8. Hing  one  pinch 

   For  The  Tempering

1.Whole  Mustard  Seeds - 1/2  Tea Spoon

2. Lemon  Juice - 3 Table Spoon

3.Sugar - 1 Table Spoon

4.Curry  Leaves  - 10 - 12

5. Oil  1 Tea Spoon

6.Water - 1/2  Cup

7. Green  Chili  Slice - 2 pieces

For  The  Garnishing

1.Grated  Coconut  - 3 Table Spoon

2. Coriander  Leaves  Finely  Chopped

Method :

1. Step - 1 , Take a  bowl .Now  add Bengal  Gram  Flour / Chickpea  Flour / Besan 1 cup, Sooji / Rava / Semolina 1/2 Cup , Green  Chili paste 1 tea spoon , Hing one pinch , curd/ yogurt / Dahi  3 Table Spoon , and  salt  to  taste , stir  and  mix it  well . Now  add  3/4 cup  water into  a bowl . Mix them  properly  into smooth  batter . Make sure that there are no lumps .

2. Step - 2 , Now allow  to rest 30 minutes .

3. Step - 3 , After  30 minutes , now  add   Eno Fruit salt 1 1/2 stir and  mix  well .

4. Step - 4 , Take  a non - stick  handi , add  enough  water and  allow  to boil . Now take a medium  round  tiffin box  and  grease oil . Then  pour the  batter  immediately  into  round  tiffin  box . Place the  tiffin box  with  batter  over   the  hot  water . Cover  and  Close lid .

5. Step - 5 , Now  cook  for  10  minutes . Medium Heat .

6. Step - 6 , After 10  minutes  , insert  knife  into  dhokla  and  check  if it  comes  out  clean . Now  my  dhokla  is  ready . switch off the   flame . Then  allow  to  cool  for  15 minutes .







Method  For  Tempering

1. Step - 1 , Now  add oil in pan . Heat for  oil  2- 3 minutes. when oil is completely hot . Add whole mustard seeds 1/2 tea spoon  and  curry  leaves  10 - 12 saute for few  seconds .

2.Step - 2 , Next   add 1/2 cup water , lemon juice 3 table spoon , salt one pinch , green chili , sugar 1 table spoon   and  mix well .Medium  heat  .Stir  occasionally . Cook  for 5 minutes .  After  5 minutes  switch  off the  flame .

3. Step - 3 , Now  Pour  and  spread the  tempering  over  the dhokla .Now  allow to soak  for 10 -  15 minutes .

4 . Step - 4 , garnish  with  dhokla  grated  coconut  and  finely  chopped  coriander  leaves .Allow  to  cool for  15 minutes .

5.Serve  with  dhokla  Tamarind  chutney  or  any  chutney .
