Egg Manchurian Recipe / Egg Manchurian



Ingredients :

 (  For  Marination )

1. Egg -  3 ( Boiled the egg and peeled the  outer skin gently  )
2. Soya Sauce - 1 table spoon
3. Garlic  Paste - 3 table spoon
4. Corn flour - 1 table spoon
5. All purpose flour as required
6. Vinegar - 1/2 tea spoon
7. Ginger paste - 1 tea spoon
8. Green Chili Paste -  1 table spoon

(  For  Gravy )

1.Garlic paste - 3 table spoon
2. Tomato Ketchup - 3 table spoon
3. Soya Sauce - 2  table spoon
4. salt to taste
5. Green capsicum - 1
6. Onion - 2 ( peeled the onion and cut into chopped )
7. Chili Sauce - 2 table spoon
8. Oil  As  Required
9. Corn flour paste  - 2 tea spoon of corn flour paste with water 



Methods :

1. Take a bowl  ,  add corn flour , all purpose flour , garlic paste , soya sauce , vinegar , ginger paste , green  chili paste ,  pinch of salt  and water . Now  mix it  well .

2. In a wok , pour the oil into the wok . When oil is completely hot . 

3. Take one pieces of  egg . Dip the one pieces of egg into the batter . Coat it very well .  Now add the  egg into the hot oil  on low flame . Fry till golden color  on both sides . Take out the fried egg from the  hot  oil .  Put the fried egg into a bowl . Keep  a side .

1. In the same oil  and add onion slices . Fry till golden .

2. Next  add capsicum slices , finely chopped  ripe tomato .  Fry till capsicum and tomatoes  are soft .

3. Add garlic paste and saute till few seconds .

4. Next  add  salt to taste , 3 table spoon of  tomato ketchup  , 2 table spoon of soya sauce , 2 table spoon  chili sauce  and saute till separates oil .

5. Next  also   add fried egg  and  corn  flour  paste  into the spices mixture . Mix it . Stir . Cook for 5 minutes .

6. Meanwhile , egg  stars to thicken .

7. Now  switch off the flame .

8. Transfer  the  egg Manchurian in a  bowl .

9. Serve hot .

Chilli Kathal / Chilli Unripe Jack Fruit / Chilli Enchor



Chili   kathal   AKA  Chili  unripe  jack fruit  is  made   from  unripe  jack fruit  ,  cornflour , soy sauce  ,  tomato  sauce  ,  onion  ,  garlic  , capsicum  and  other  ingredients  .

Unripe  jack fruit  is  a very  hard  vegetables  . Chili  kathal   is  a new version  of  Indo  Chinese  cuisine  .  it goes  very well  with  Pulao  , Fried rice  ,  Parotta  and chapati . 




Even , it is a delicious , unique , and tasty curry . Many Peoples    are  vegetarian  a new version the chili kathal  for they .   

The  unripe jack fruit   is  texture  like of  meat . Unripe  Jack fruit  is a Summer Special Vegetables .  It is a side dish . You can also serve  as  for home party . Unripe jack fruit  tree is a  popular  of South - East  Asia . It is an easy to make As well . You can to serve for  Weekend  to chili kathal . You can also serve  along  as  for  lunch and dinner .

Unripe  jackfruit  has  many  recipe such as kofta , biryani , dalna , curry , kebab and  chili kathal . In Bengali's  the  vegetables  meat  is  called to  the  Unripe Jack fruit . They are  to called  to Gachh  Pantha   to unripe jack  fruit or young jack fruit .

Unripe jack fruit  is power house of  minerals , micro nutrients , proteins and nutrition .  Unripe  jack fruit is  best  source  of minerals  and  vitamin  .

 Even , unripe  jack fruit  is  good  of  diabetic , Anemia , obesity ,  Hypertension     and  children .

However ,  chili kathal is  a 2 in 1  recipe . First part is boiled method  to unripe jack fruit and then marination methods . Finally is  fry methods   of  marination  unripe jack fruit . Second  part is  curry  method of fried jack fruit .

Ingredients :

For the Unripe Jack Fruit Marination :

1.  Maida / All purpose flour - 5 tea spoon

2. Corn flour  - 2 - 3 tea spoon

3. Boil  unripe jack fruit - 1 bowl

4. Garlic paste - 3 tea spoon

5. Green chili - 2 table spoon

6. Salt to taste

7. Soy sauce ( dark ) - 1/2 tea spoon

8. Ginger Paste - 1  table spoon

9. Vinegar - 1/2 tea spoon

10 . Oil  As Required

11. Unripe Jackfruit / Green Jack fruit / Young Jack fruit - 500 gm

For Sauteing Unripe Jack Fruit :

1.  Onion - 2 ( Peeled the onion and cut into slices of onion )
2. Garlic paste - 2 table spoon
3. Ginger paste - 1 tea spoon
4. Soy sauce - 2 table spoon
5. Tomato Ketchup - 3 table spoon
6. vinegar - 1 tea spoon
7. Salt to taste
8. Black Paper powder - 1 tea spoon
9. Green capsicum - 1 ( cut into slices )
10. Red Chili paste - 2 tea spoon
11. Green Chili Paste - 1 tea spoon
12. Corn flour paste - 1 tea spoon of corn flour paste with water .

Methods :

1. Peel  and remove  outer skin of  unripe  jack fruit . Cut  into medium size cube pieces of unripe jack fruit .

2. Take  a pressure cooker , add  along   as  unripe jack fruit pieces , water  and  salt  mix  it  very well Cover  and  close  the lid  to pressure  cooker .  Pressure  cook  for 2 - 3 whistles .

3. Pressure  will  be  released  naturally  from pressure cooker . Keep a side for about 30 minutes or 1 hour .

4. After 30 minutes ,  Open the pressure cooker and drain the water from unripe jack fruit . Put the unripe jack fruit  in a bowl .  Now add  5  tea spoon  of  maida / all purpose  flour  ,  3  tea spoon of  corn flour , add salt to taste ,  3 tea spoon of garlic paste ,  2 table spoon of green chili ,  1 table spoon of ginger paste , 1/2 tea spoon of soya sauce ,  and  1/2 tea spoon of vinegar . Sprinkle  some  water .  Mix it very well  and marination  for about 30 minutes . Keep a side  and  cover it .

5.  30  minutes  later , Take a deep pan or wok . Pour the oil  in a deep pan . While oil is completely hot . Now  drop  the marinated  unripe jack fruit one after one  into  hot  oil  on  medium  flame . Fry till  golden  brown  . Take  out  the  fried  unripe  jack  fruit  from  hot  oil . Remove  the  excess oil  from unripe jack fruit .

6.  Take  a another pan or wok . Now , pour the oil in a wok . Oil is completely hot . While oil is smoking .

7. Next add slice onion  into the hot oil . Fry till golden color on medium flame .

8. Now  add  green  capsicum and  fry  until  soft .

9. Next add  ginger paste , garlic paste , salt to taste , vinegar , soy sauce , tomato ketchup ,  black pepper  powder , red chili paste ,  and green chili paste . Saute  till 2 - 3 minutes  on medium flame .

10. Add corn flour paste  and mix it very well . Saute till 2 minutes on medium flame .

11. Next  add  also to  fried unripe jack fruit  and mix it very well . Cook for few minutes on high flame .

12. Meanwhile gravy is thicken consistency .  Now switch off the flame .

13 . Serve  hot .

Paneer Manchurian With Gravy / Cottage Cheese Manchurian With Gravy

Paneer Manchurian  is  an   Indo  Chinese  Cuisine .  It   is   made   with  paneer ( cottage cheese ) , soy sauce , tomato sauce , garlic , capsicum and chili sauce .  Paneer  is  tasty  food   As  well  As   goes    very  well with Noodles , Veg fried rice  and   indo Chinese  any of   food .

You  can    serve along  with     Home  Party Dish , Friends  and  Relatives  . It  is  easy  to  make  . Paneer  is a healthy food and easily digestible .  You  can    enjoy  to  Paneer  Manchurian  with  Paratha   .

This  Dish  is   made  in  minutes .  You  can  also  make  to  this  dish  for  special occasion .   Paneer  Manchurian  is  Unique  and  delicious   taste  dish .



Health  Benefit  of  Paneer (  Cottage  Cheese ) : Cottage rich source of calcium , potassium , Vitamin A , Vitamin D , Protein , and carbohydrate . Cottage cheese is  good for osteoporosis , diabetic , hypertension patient . It is easily digestible .

Ingredients  :

1. Paneer / Cottage cheese - 400 gm

2. Soy Sauce -  2 table spoon

3. Tomato Sauce - 3 table spoon

4. Tomato ketchup - 1 table spoon

5. Oil As required

6. Salt to taste

7. Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon

8. Green Capsicum - 1

9. Onion  - 2 ( peeled the onion and cut into very finely chopped )

10. Garlic  paste  - 3 table spoon

11. Green chili paste - 2 table spoon

12. Chili sauce - 1 table spoon

13. Ripe tomato - 1 ( finely chopped ) 

For Marination :

1. Corn flour - 2 table spoon

2. Garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon

3. Green chili paste - 1 tea spoon 

Methods :

1. Take  a  mixing  bowl . Mix together ,   Add  corn flour , 1/2  tea spoon of  garlic paste  and  1 tea spoon of  green chili paste  and  pour  water gradually into the mixture . Make  a   smooth  batter  from the mixture . The batter should not be very thin  or very thick . The  batter should be medium  thick  consistency . Keep a side .

2. Next , put  and  dip  the  paneer  cubes   into the batter with coat  it very well  .

3. Now , add oil into the pan . When  oil  is  hot . Add one after one  to  coat  paner  into hot oil on medium flame .  Fry till  very  brown  color . Take out from the hot oil and put  to the bowl . Keep  a side .

4. Repeat  the   process in the same way .

5. Now other separate  pan  and add oil . Heat the oil  and  once  oil is completely hot .

6. Add  finely chopped onion fry till lite pink color .

7. Next add finely chopped capsicum fry till light color .

8. Also   add  finely chopped  ripe tomato and saute till tomatoes are soft .  Sprinkle  salt to taste and add 1/2 tea spoon of sugar . Mix it well .

9. Now   3 table spoon of garlic paste , 2 table spoon of green chili paste and mix it very well . Saute till  spices are fry .

10. Also  Add  3 table spoon of tomato sauce ,  2 table spoon of soy sauce  , 1 table spoon chili sauce ,  1 table spoon of tomato ketchup and mix it very well .

11. Now add  deep  fried  paneer   and mix it very well . Pour  1 cup of water into the mixture . Mix  it very well . Let it cook  .

12. Meanwhile   gravy  start to thick . Then switch off the flame .

13. Transfer  to  a serving bowl .

14. Serve  hot .

Tomato Noodles Recipe

Tomato  is a rich sources in  Vitamin A   . Tomato  is  also  rich sources of vitamin A , Vitamin C , Protein ,  Potassium  and  vitamin K  . Tomato is  good   sources  of  Antioxidant . Noodles  is  very  Energetic  food  and easily  digestible   .   Tomato  Noodles  is made  with  Noodles , Tomato , Tomato  ketchup  and  Potato .  As Tomato  Noodles  you can   serve  to     diner . Tomato  Noodles  is  a completely  vegetarian   platter  .  You  can    packs  with  office  lunch or kids  tiffinbox  . It is easy to make in few minutes . Tomato Noodles You can be serve along with  Indo chinese  food . It  is a very tasty and delicious food .


Ingredients :

1. Potato - 1 ( Peeled  the potato and cut into small  cube pieces  )

2. Noodles - 2  packet

3. Tomato Ketchup -  5 table spoon

4. Salt To taste

5. Sugar - 1 tea spoon

6. Oil  As  required

7. Ripe  Tomato - 1 ( cut  into  finely chopped pieces )

8.onion - 2 , peeled the onion and cut into thin slices pieces 








Methods :

1.  In  a  Heavy bottom pan   and  pour the enough  water  .  Next  add  few drops of oil into the water.

2.  When  water start to boiling  and  add   2 packet noodles into the hot water . Stir it  very well .

3. Immediately   switch  off  the  flame . Strain  and drain the water from noodles  . Keep a side .

4. Take a pan . Pour the oil into the pan .

5.  Oil is completely  hot . Add  potato cubes into the oil . Fry till golden brown color and potatoes are tender .

6. Next add finely  slices  onion  and fry till light brown color .

7. Sprinkle salt to taste and  add 1 tea spoon of sugar into pan . Mix it very well . Saute for few seconds .

8. Add finely chopped ripe tomato  and saute till tomatoes are soft .

9.  Add 5 table spoon of tomato ketchup  and mix it very well .

10. Next  add  boiled  noodles  into the mixture  and mix it very well .

11. Fry  the  boiled   noodles  for about 2 - 3 minutes .  Then  switch off the flame .

12.   Transfer  to  Noodles  a serving plate .

13. Serve hot  with tomato ketchup .

chilli Soya Bean / chilli Soya Chunks / How To Make chilli Soya Bean Or Soya Chunks





Ingredients :

1. Soya  Bean -  1  Medium Bowl / or 200 gm

2.  Green Capsicum - 1 Medium ( Cut Medium Shape )

3 . Onion ( peeled  ) - ( Cut Medium Shape )

4. Ginger Grated - 1 Tea Spoon

5. Ginger Paste - 1 Tea Spoon

6. Garlic ( peeled ) Paste - 1 Tea  Spoon

7. Garlic ( Peeled )  , Grated - 1/2 Tea Spoon

8. Soy Sauce - 4 Table Spoon

5. Tomato Ketchup - 2 Table Spoon

6. Chili Sauce - 1 Table Spoon

7. Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tea Spoon ( optional )

8. Salt To Taste

9. Sugar - 1/2 Tea Spoon ( optional )

10. Tomato - 1/2 Cup , Finely Chopped

11. White Oil As  Required

12. Green Chili - 1 , Finely Chopped

Method :

1. Step - 1 , Take a saucepan . Then add water . Boil for water about 10 minutes . When it  is  starts boiling , then add soya bean . Mix well . Keep aside for  30 minutes .

2. Step - 2 , After 30 minutes , once it cool . Then Drain water and Squeeze well .   Transfer to a bowl . Keep aside .

3. Step - 3 , Take a boiled soya bean . Then add garlic and ginger paste ,  finely chopped tomato , add soy sauce , tomato sauce , chili sauce , black pepper powder , salt to taste , and  sugar  mix it very well . Keep aside for 15 minutes .

4.  Step - 4 , Take a pan . Then add white oil . When oil absolutely  hot and smoking .  Then add  onion and fry till golden color . Next add green capsicum and fry for lite color . When onion and green capsicum completely fry . Then add ginger , finely chopped green chili  and garlic paste   and fry for 1 - 2 minutes . When nice aroma comes out . Then add marinated soya bean . saute for 3 - 4 minutes . Then add 1 cup water . Simmer for few minutes .

5.   Step - 5 , When gravy is completely thicken and capsicum and  onion are tender . Then switch off the flame . Transfer  it  to a serving plate .

6. Serve  hot .

Ingredients : 

For  Potato :

1. Baby Potato - 300 gm (  80%  boiled and peeled )

2. Ginger paste - 1 Tea Spoon

3. Garlic 2 - 3 Cloves ( peeled )  and  paste - 1 Tea Spoon Paste

4. Salt  1/3  Tea Spoon  or Pinch

5. Black Pepper Powder  - 1/2 Tea Spoon

6. Corn Flour - 1 Tea Spoon

7. All Purpose Flour  - 1 Tea Spoon

8. White Oil As Required

  For  Gravy :

1. Green Capsicum - Cut Medium Shape

2. Onion  2  Medium  ( peeled ) -  Cut Medium

3. Ripe  Tomato - 1 ( cut finely Chopped )

4. Green Chili  - 1  pieces , finely chopped

5. Salt To Taste

6. Sugar - 1 Tea Spoon

7.  White  Oil  As Required

8. Dark Soy  Sauce - 3 Table Spoon

9. Chili Sauce - 1 Tea Spoon

10. Tomato Ketchup - 1 Table Spoon

11. Corn flour -  1 table spoon

12. Black Pepper Powder  - 1 tea spoon

For  Potatoes :

Methods :

1. Step - 1 , Take a Bowl . Then add Corn flour Powder 1 tea spoon , all purpose flour or maida 1 tea spoon , add ginger and garlic paste , black pepper , salt 1/3 tea spoon ,  and add 2 tea spoon water . Mix it  very well . Keep aside for 15 minutes .

2. Step - 2 , After 15 minutes , take a wok . Then add white oil . When oil  absolutely hot . Then add 4 - 5  pieces potato . Deep  fry till  golden  brown color  or fry on both sides till deep golden brown color . Remove excess oil  with paper . Keep aside .   Fry  remaining  potatoes in the same way except  do not add oil .

For  Gravy :

3. Step - 3 , take a saucepan , then add  1 cup water and boiled it . When  water absolutely boiled , then switch off flame . Now add 1 table spoon corn flour mix it very well .  Keep aside .

4. Step - 4 , Take a wok , then add oil . When oil completely hot  than add onion fry till  golden brown color . Next add green capsicum  fry for 2 - 3 minutes . Then add salt to taste and sugar . Mix it very well . Keep stirring . Then add garlic  paste , ginger paste , dark soy sauce , tomato ketchup , chili sauce , finely chopped green chili , add ripe tomato , and  black pepper  powder mix it very well .  Next add corn flour mixture mix it very well . Simmer for 5 minutes .

5. Step - 5 , After 5 minutes , when gravy thicken , then add fried potato mix it very well . Switch off  the  flame . Transfer to a serving  plate .
