Aloo , Bori Diye Parshe Macher Jhol / Parshe Fish Curry With Potato And Home Made Bori








Ingredients :

1. Parshe  Fish - 400 gm

2. Potato ( peeled ) - 1 ( cut medium sized )

3. Fresh Coriander Leaves - 3 Table Spoon

4. Cumin Paste - 1 Tea Spoon

5. Coriander Paste - 1 Tea spoon

6. Whole Kashmiri Dry Red  Chili Paste - 1 Tea Spoon

7. Whole Dry Red Chili Paste - 1 Tea Spoon

8. Oil As Required

9. Bay Leaf - 2 Pieces

10. Whole Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Tea Spoon

11. Tomato 1 - finely chopped

12. Home Made Bori - 5 - 6 Pieces

13. Ginger Paste - 1 Tea Spoon

14. Salt To Taste

15. Turmeric Powder As Required





Method :

1. Step - 1 , Parshe fish cleaned  and wash . Drain out  all the water completely  or drain in water .

2. Step - 2 , Take a bowl , mix 1 tea spoon  salt and 1 tea spoon turmeric powder . Rub all over fish . Cover . Marinate  for about  15 minutes . Keep aside .

3. Step - 3 , Take a wok . Then add oil . When oil hot . Now add fishes  into the wok  and fry them  after one side  is done , flip them and fry  other side . ( please do not over fry ) . ( about 3 minutes on each side ) . Remove . Fry remaining steaks in the same way except  do not add oil . Transfer  to a plate .

4. Step - 4 , To  oil remaining  in wok . Then  add home made bori . Fry till  golden brown colour . Keep aside . Transfer  to a plate .

5. Step - 5 , Same oil , now add potato pieces fry till golden brown colour . Keep aside . Transfer  to a bowl .

6. Step - 6 , Same oil , When oil hot , now add whole cumin seeds 1/2 tea spoon and bay leaf , stir for a few seconds . Then add cumin paste , coriander paste , salt to taste , turmeric powder , tomato finely chopped , ginger paste , kashmiri dry red chili paste , dry red chili paste , add finely chopped coriander leaves and add 2 table spoon water . Mix it very well . Keep stir . Saute    for  5 minutes . Saute for  all spices till oil separates . Then add fried potato , fried fish and add home made bori . Mix it very well . Then add 2 cup water . Simmer for 5 - 7 minutes . Cook on low heat  for 5 - 7 minutes .

7 . After 5 minutes , when potato , fish  and bori  are tender and completely cooked . Switch off the flame . Transfer to a serving bowl .

8. Serve hot with steamed rice or boil rice .
