Spicy Egg Curry / Kosha Dim








 Ingredients


1.Boiled  Eggs = 3 pieces

2. Salt  To  taste

3.Turmeric  powder  =  1  tea spoon

4.kashmiri  dry  red  chilli  powder  = 1 teaspoon

5.onion 1 ( finely  chopped )

6. Ginger (adrak )  paste = 1 tea spoon

7.cumin (jeera ) powder = 1 tea spoon

8.Coriander  (dhania ) powder  = 1 tea spoon

9.Cumin seeds = 1/2  tea spoon

10. Bay Leaf (tej patta )  = 2 pieces

11.Garlic ( lassan )  paste = 1 tea spoon

12. Oil as  required

13. Water as required

14.Garam  Masala powder = 1 tea spoon

15.Tomato 1 pieces ( very Finely chopped )


Method

1.First  step, Marinated  with  1/2 tea spoon  turmeric  powder into the  boiled egg .Rub  all over eggs. Now  add oil  into a  pan heat  for  oil  2 - 3  minutes. Fry the  eggs  lightly  till they turn golden brown  color take out  and  keep  a  side .













2. Second  Step, now  add  1/4 tea spoon  of cumin seeds and  2 pieces  of  bay  leaf  into the hot oil  fry  for  about  1  minutes.Now  add  finely  chopped  onion  and  fry  until they  becomes   golden  brown  color. It  may  take 3  minutes  on  medium flame . Now  add  1  tea spoon  of  garlic  paste   , kashmiri  dry  red  chilli powder   1  tea spoon of  cumin  powder  1  tea spoon of  coriander  powder  1  tea spoon of  ginger  paste  1   tea spoon of  finely  chopped  tomato , turmeric  powder  , salt  to  taste , and  mix  well . saute  for all spices  5  minutes. Saute till oil become separates from the masala .



3.Third  step , Once  it is done . Now  add  3  pieces of   fried  eggs , and  add  1  of    cups  water into the masala   and  mix  well   .  Cook with  covered  in low  flame . cook  for  5  minutes  or  until water is  almost  evaporated . Now  add  1 tea spoon of  gram  masala  powder    and  mix  well. turn  off  the  flame .

4.  Garnish  with  finely chopped fresh coriander  leaves.





5.serve  hot  with  hot  rice .
