Mourola Macher Chorchori / Spicy Small Fish Curry









1. Mourola  Mach / Mourola  Fish = 300 gm

2.onion  2 big ( finely  slices )

3.Kalonji / kalojeera (nigella  seeds ) = 1/2  teaspoon

4. Turmeric  Powder = 1 tablespoon

5. Salt  to  taste

6. Brinjal = 1/2 small  bowl ( very  Finely Slices )

7.Tomato  = 1  big  sizes ( very  Finely slices )

8. Potato = 1  small pieces (finely  slices )

9. Kashmiri  dry  red  chilli  paste  -  1  tablesoon

10. Ginger (adrak )  Paste = 1 tea spoon

11. Cumin ( jeera ) paste =  1  tea spoon

12. Coriander ( dhania ) paste  = 1 teaspoon

13. Water  as  required



14. Mustard oil  as required

15. Cumin seeds  (jeera ) = 1/2  tea spoon

16. Potol/ Parval  = 1/2 small  bowl ( finely  Slices )

17.Garlic Paste (lassan ) = 1/2  tea spoon








                                 
Method

1. First Step ,  Mourola  fish  cleaned  and  wash. Drain   all  the  water  and  then  mix  it with  1/2  tea spoon  salt   and  1/2  tea  spoon turmeric  powder.Rub  all over  fish  and   marinate  , keep  aside   for  about  30  minutes .




2.Second  Step , heat  oil  in  kadhai  medium  high  heat . Now  add  mourola  fish ,  fry  on  both  sides  till  light  golden  brown  color. cover  and  keep   aside.


3. Add oil  in  Kadhai  heat  for  oil  2  minutes .now  add  cumin  seeds (jeera ) 1/2 teaspoon , Kalojeera ( nigella  Seeds ) 1/2  teaspoon and  fry for  all  masala or  spices 1  minutes.




4. Fourth  Step, now  add  finely  slices  onion and fry  till  golden brown color.now  add  finely slices brinjals  1/2 small  bowl , finely slices parval / pointed  gourd 1/2 small bowl , potato 1/2 small bowl   and  saute  it  on low  flame till they  change  color and half tender .Now  add  salt  to taste , and  cover  it ,  for  about  15  minutes.

5.Fifth  step, now  add chopped tomato , kashmiri   dry  red chilli  paste  1  tablespoon , ginger
ginger (adrak )  paste 1  teaspoon , garlic (lassan ) paste 1/2 teaspoon , cumin (jeera )  paste 1  tea spoon , coriander  (dhania ) paste 1 tea spoon , turmeric  powder 1/2 teaspoon, fry  for all  masala  for  about  2  minutes. now  add  fry  mourola  fish and  mix  well.Now  add 1  cups  water and  cover.reduce   heat  to  very  low.

6.Serve  mourola fish  hot  rice .
