Apple Kheer Recipe / How To Make Apple Kheer / Apple Milk Pudding Recipe

                                           
Apple kheer  is a Delicious  and Mouth - Watering  dessert . Which is  made  with    Apple , Fresh milk , condensed milk  and  lots of  dry fruit . To   the  Apple  kheer  is  need  for   made   of  few  ingredients .  It  is   an  Aromatic  dessert .  Hence , Apple  kheer is Cardamom powder  and  condensed  milk  flavor   dessert  also .

You  can   offering  to  god . You  can  also serve  along  with  Home party .  Apple  kheer    is serve   after  of  the  meal .

Apple  kheer  is  new  version  of  Traditional  kheer  and   of  Basundi   .You  will   like  to Apple kheer   . Here is  the full  recipe  of Apple  Kheer  ( How to Make Apple Kheer  Or Apple Milk Pudding Recipe ) .

              

Ingredients : 

1. Apple - 2  Pieces 

2. Sugar - 1 Cup 

3. Milk - 2 Liter 

4. Cardamom  Powder - 1/2 Tea Spoon 

5. Almonds - 2 Pieces , Finely  Chopped 

6. Cashew Nuts - 1/2 Tea Spoon

7. Condensed milk - 2 table spoon

8. Raisins - 1 tea spoon

9. Ghee ( clarified butter )  - 3 table spoon 

           Methods :

1. Wash and clean the apple by the water .
2. Peeled the apple from the skin . While it is  done .Then cut the apple and remove the apple seeds . Keep aside .
3. Grate the apple pieces . When it is done . Keep aside .
4. Take a pan . Switch on the flame . Then add ghee into the pan . When ghee start to melt .
5. Then add grated apple into the pan . Apple  has  moisture . Reduce to heat very low . Continuous stir the grated apple . When apple juices and moisture   are   evaporated .
6. Then switch off the flame .
7. Allow to cool for about 2 hours . keep aside .
8. In the separate heavy bottom pan . Pour the milk into the heavy bottom pan .
9. When milk start bring to boil . Reduce to heat very low .
10. Stir the milk from time to time .
11. When milk reduce to 1/2 cup . Then add sugar and  condensed milk ,   into the milk .Stir it very well .
12. Sugar are dissolve . Milk reduce to 1/3 cup . Then add cardamom powder into the milk . Mix it very well .
13. Switch off the flame .
14. Pour the rabri into the serving bowl .
15. Allow to cool for about 2 hours . Or Put the kheer into the refrigerate for about 2 hours .
16. After 2 hours , when rabri and apples are completely cool .
17. Then add  fried  apple mixture into the rabri ( thicken milk )  bowl .   Mix it very well .
18 . Sprinkle some finely chopped almonds , raisins and finely chopped cashew nuts  on  top of  the apple kheer.
19. Serve with cool .
